Fernando Aliaga finished his Law studies in the University of Valencia in 1983 and spent many years practising law in many different fields even though he is specialised in Private law. Finally, backed up by many years of experience, 20 years ago, he decided to establish himself in Jávea, becoming one of the most important solicitor´s offices on the Costa Blanca having had the privilege of representing mainly British clients.

All our staff are fluent English speakers and our principal activity is based on advising, preparing and representing our clients with regard to their investments in real estate, whether they be resident in Spain or non residents. As well as all this, we also offer a comprehensive service that takes care of all those other legal matters that affect our clients once they have acquired their property, such as settling inheritances, preparing Wills and general fiscal representation for non residents.
As an introduction, we think that it is not our job to tell you about all the benefits that we can offer, as ultimately it is your right as clients to decide that this is the case, however, we would like to stress that our only interest is to serve yourselves, as clients, in the best possible manner.
